As for 1., they had a difficulty in understanding the situation for consumption tax return from Previous CPA because consumption tax refund is essential for exporting business. They really expected CPAs to have them understand the situation as described in the survey above.

In contrast, as for 2., the company had difficulty to improve the management situation decreasing their customers due to COVID-19. So our office helped them to apply for their subsidies and finance.
